This is an important topic! You know, my acupuncturist I go to and used to work for always would say that our PH is SO important for creating imbalances & for healing imbalances in the body. She would have her clients test their PH daily and treat it accordingly with a very simple system. Thanks for this great post.

This is such an important topic Gloria. Most of our diets are so acidic and it is such a burden for our bodies to carry. Thank you for the info. I learned some new things about PH that is great to know!

Thanks for this info, it sounds very important. Interesting how a lot of psychological things can increase acidity such as negative thinking and emotions. It makes sense though… I’m sure we were put on this planet to help each and support each other rather than arguing and thinking negative thoughts!

Something else people aren’t always aware of is that if your body’s pH is acidic it doesn’t allow your body to absorb calcium and therefore you at greater risk for osteoporosis, even higher if you drink carbonated drinks along with this.
I did this for years and ended up with low bone density which is slowly improving now that I monitor and keep my system more alkaline.

Dear Kimberley, I appreciate your time in visiting my Blog. The effect of pH on the body is not really a matter of opinion though. It has been tested and proven. Also the pH of everything can be tested so we can tell what acidifies and what alkalizes our bodies. This subject has been well researched.

Uh Oh! I think that I am in trouble! I had better start going down that list and working on some of those issues! I am well aware of the info about pH and I am thinking that my body can only hold out so much longer with all the stress I put on it!
